Stockholder files class action suit against WWE
WWE stockholder Curtis Swanson has joined a variety of others in filing a class action lawsuit against WWE over the company making misleading statements about its ability to turn around earnings with a new TV rights deal. Swanson said WWE compared themselves to NASCAR and its $820 million per year contract. The class action lawsuit was filed against WWE, Vince McMahon and George Barrios.
