Ring announcer Lilian Garcia kicked off the show by singing a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem

Opening Match-Los Matadores with El Torito defeated 3MB's Drew McIntyre & Jinder Mahal with their double Samoan drop finisher

Lilian announced that there would be a World Heavyweight Championship Match tonight and the fans could choose the stipulation by either texting or tweeting for a 2 Out Of 3 Falls Match or a No Disqualification Match with the results being revealed later in the show

2nd Match-Tyson Kidd defeated Hunico with the blockbuster

3rd Match-Non-Title Divas Match-Natalya defeated Divas Champion AJ Lee with the sharpshooter

Lilian Garcia revealed that the fans chose a No Disqualification Match for the upcoming World Heavyweight Championship Match

4th Match-World Heavyweight Championship-No Disqualification-Champion Alberto Del Rio retained the title by defeating R-Truth with his Tortilla Tingle superkick

Following the match, Del Rio asked the Tupelo crowd if they were going to keep cheering for this peasant and taunted them by saying, "What's up! What's up!" Del Rio gave them another opportunity to show him some respect, but Tupelo declined. This sparked Del Rio to make the statement, "Now your boy is going to pay!" Del Rio began attacking R-Truth until the music hit...Booyaka! Booyaka! Rey Mysterio made a shocking return in Tupelo coming to R-Truth's aide and hitting Del Rio with a 619. While Del Rio was knocked out the self proclaimed, "Uncrowned World Champion" Damien Sandow came down to cash in his Money in the Bank chocolate filled briefcase, but before the bell could sound to begin Rey Mysterio stopped him, delivering a 619 to "The Intellectual Savior of the Unwashed Masses" as well.

5th Match-Zack Ryder defeated Wade Barrett with a schoolboy

6th Match-The Wyatt Family, Luke Harper & Erick Rowan, with Bray Wyatt defeated The Prime Time Players, Titus O'Neil & Darren Young. Would like to add that big man Luke Harper pulled off a very impressive Eddie Guerrero slingshot somersault senton during the match that caught everyone off guard. Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

Main Event-Special Extreme Rules Handicap Match-CM Punk defeated Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel & Paul Heyman. Prior to the match, Paul Heyman cut a promo, clownin' on Tupelo, talking slow. Once the battle began, Heyman got quite the workout because Punk chased him round and round the ring, which was hilarious. Punk would eventually wear out Heyman with a kendo stick and hit Axel with the GTS to get the win. Punk celebrated afterwards, both inside the ring and out, as he greeted all the fans at ringside and even tossed out several shirts as he was leaving the arena. Before the show, The Prime Time Players, Natalya and R-Truth signed autographs and took pictures with members of the WWE Universe. Another fun night of WWE in Tupelo!
