TNA star Jesse Neal is currently battling a neck injury and may have suffered a
concussion during the Sacrifice pay-per-view event, in which he teamed with
Shannon Moore to face Hernandez and Anarquia.
Neal was backstage at this week's Impact Wrestling tapings, but was not used due to
his injuries as a precaution. Sources say that Neal "looked loopy" and was unable to
turn his head to the side. Neal has been quoted as saying that he was unsure if he
suffered a concussion, but the results of a recent MRI have shown that Neal has a
bulged disk as a result of being drilled to the mat at the pay-per-view.
The injuries are said to have occurred at the finish of the match when Hernandez hit a sort of Dominator-type maneuver on Neal.
We will have more information on the situation involving Jesse Neal as soon as we
receive it.
