Universal Independent Wrestling hit a home run with their Fan Appreciation Night last night in Villa Rica, Georgia.
The event drew over 500 at Bay Springs Middle School with reduced ticket prices, precisely one month after the Ted Allen Memorial was held at the same venue.
(1) Josh Storm defeated Kyle Matthews in 12 minutes to become the top contender for the UIW Cruiserweight Title.
(2) Doc Heyward vs. Brad Lynch (with Brian Dodd) was a double count out at 14 minutes. A battle of former partners.
(3) “Dixie Dynamite” Billy Knight & “Lady’s Choice” Terry Lawler beat Georgia Inmates (Spike & Hammer) to retain the UIW Tag Titles.
(4) Frankie Valentine beat Sal Rinauro to retain the UIW US Title.
(5) X-Pac (Sean Waltman) pinned UIW Cruiserweight Champion Stupid (with Tweety).
(6) Steel Cage Match: Doug Somers & Bull Buchanan (with JW Outlaw) vs. Murder One & Rob Adonis was declared a no contest at 13 minutes.
