Former woman's wrestling star Luna Vachon's death was found to be due to an accidental drug overdose by the District Six Medical Examiner's Office in the state of Florida.
According to a report at http://www.tmz.com, the toxicology reports came back stating that the 8/27 death was from an accidental overdose of oxycodone and benzodiazepine.
