Jerry Lawler's Memphis Wrestling Television Results-July 31, 2010














Brandon Baxter and Lauren Jenkins welcomed everyone to the show and announced that, coming up, we'll see another match in the Southern Title Tournament. Plus, the main event will be Jerry "The King" Lawler taking on Kevin White. Up next, "Grandmaster Sexay" Brian Christopher will be in action.

Video of "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart saying, "This is unbelievable! Here I am in Chicago! Jerry 'The King' Lawler is here! Abyss is here! 'The Immortal' Hulk Hogan is here! Wait a minute! Jerry Lawler's Memphis Wrestling? You gotta be kidding me! It can't be Jerry Lawler's Memphis Wrestling! It should be Jimmy Hart's Memphis Wrestling! Who made Memphis was 'The Mouth of the South' Jimmy Hart! You know it! I know it! And most of all, 'The King' knows it! Right, Dennis? (Holding a picture of Jimmy Hart and Dennis Rodman) Dennis Rodman and Jimmy Hart, Baby! Hahahahaha!"

They aired that same video of Pittsburgh Steelers Quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger, saying, "Grandmaster Sexay, you're my favorite wrestler of all-time. How you doing?"

"Grandmaster Sexay" Brian Christopher made his way out and said he's got something really special in store for the people today. One outspoken fan shouted, "You're leaving!" Brian replied, "I'm not leaving! I'm bringing somebody out here!" Brian called out Wolfie D and asked him to be his new tag-team partner. An excited Brian announced they will be Wolfie D and Brian C. Wolfie asked for approval from the fans, but Brian said, "Screw them!" Wolfie decided to give it a shot and team with Brian for one match to see how things go.

Opening Match-Wolfie D & Brian C vs Cody Melton & Jocephus(Who Brian referred to as Bodoofus)-Referee Downtown Bruno-Wolfie D and Brian C were successful in their first venture as a tag-team as Wolfie hit Jocephus in the back with his signature hubcap as Jocephus was attempting to chokeslam Brian. Brian made the cover to get the three count. Your winners, Wolfie D & Brian C!

They aired a country music video, featuring singer-songwriter, Jerrod Niemann, which was followed by Jerrod Niemann plugging Jerry Lawler's Memphis Wrestling.

Bert Prentice said he's forgiven Matt Boyce for punching him a few weeks ago and was ready to give Matt Boyce another opportunity to change his mind, by saying yes so Bert Prentice could manage his career from this day forward. Matt Boyce got Bert's hopes up, but ended up pushing Bert while telling him, "The answer is still no! I don't need your help! So, don't you ever, ever touch me, again! And don't you ever talk to me, again! Cause I don't need your help, Bert Prentice!"

Southern Title Tournament Match-Matt Boyce vs Lani Kialoha-Referee Chuck Poe-Prior to the match, Bert Prentice was following Kialoha around like a puppy, telling him that he was going to be his manager, but Kialoha didn't want any part of Bert Prentice either and shot him down also. Down on his luck, Bert decided to join Brandon Baxter for commentary. During the match, the new team of Wolfie D & Brian C made their way to ringside, causing a disturbance by constantly chanting, "Boring!" Matt Boyce picked up the win with a sunset flip to advance in the Southern Title Tournament.

Video of former MLB first baseman Boog Powell volunteering to be Jerry Lawler's tag-team "man" anytime he wants to. He added, "We will kick some butt!"

Lauren Jenkins with the Superstar Hotline segment of the show, brought to you by Tax Solutions. This week, we heard from Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Fame Quarterback, "Mr. Steel Arm", himself, Terry Bradshaw, who said, "You know what? There's no question, I think everybody knows this because I got pictures up to prove it, but Jerry Lawler is my all-time favorite wrestler! No one can even come close! Matter of fact, growing up, I have pictures of him ever since he and I both were five-years-old. We were in the toddling booth together and they babysat us. And he used to always choke me down and dropkick me. And I knew as a little bitty toddler that he one day would be the world's greatest wrestler. And he didn't disappoint me at all. Love you, Jerry!"

WWE Action from SummerSlam 2006, in which, The Big Show successfully retained his ECW World Championship in an Extreme Rules Match against Sabu after chokeslamming Sabu through a table.

Video of Brian Elder from KIX 106 saying, "You're watching Jerry Lawler's Memphis Wrestling show! Speaking of show, we got a show! KIX 106 The Morning Show on KIX 106! And it's every single day, Baby!

Brandon Baxter got comments from Kevin White, who was accompanied by The Ga Ga Girl. Kevin said he taught Su Yung everything she knows and she came out here and lied on national tv. Kevin stated that Su Yung made the biggest mistake by putting her hands on him. Brandon Baxter jumped in saying, we think we know where all this began, but Kevin, quickly interrupted, saying that Brandon heard her side of the story and his side is the truth while her's is a lie. Kevin announced that he's got Jerry Lawler in the ring, today, and he is "Gonna beat him! Punch him! Punch him! Punch him! Punch him! Punch him! Punch him! Punch him! Punch him! Punch him until he gets so tired of getting punched that he'll let Su Yung walk in that ring. And this time, I really, truly will punch her teeth out! Yeah, when a lady hits a man, she puts herself in a man's shoes!" Kevin was cuttin' up!

Mr. Coffey announced that if Kevin White puts his hands on Su Yung, today, he would be suspended for 90 days.

Jerry "The King" Lawler and Su Yung made their way to ringside. Jerry told Kevin, "You doing all this talking about how you wanna punch some women. You know what? You might try punching her (The Ga Ga Girl) in the face. It might improve her looks!"

Main Event-Kevin White, accompanied by The Ga Ga Girl vs Jerry "The King" Lawler, accompanied by Su Yung-Referee Jerry Calhoun-"Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock joined Brandon Baxter for commentary. "Hollywood" Jimmy was talking about how Jerry Lawler gets preferential treatment and got away with murdering Andy Kaufman. While discussing Tom Savini, "Hollywood" Jimmy stated, "It's hard to find a good friend! You know what? Brad Pitt was my true friend until he took Angelina Jolie away from me!" "Hollywood" Jimmy also confirmed his friendship with Tom Savini, by adding, "Tom Savini is a good friend of mine. You know why? Because he's on my Facebook friends and he's on MySpace friends! That makes us best friends in the world, right there!" As Lawler was getting ready to put Kevin White away with the piledriver, The Ga Ga Girl jumped in and hit Lawler from behind. Then, Su Yung stormed in and tackled The Ga Ga Girl. CATFIGHT! They got the girls broke up before they went to break. Jerry "The King" Lawler is your winner by disqualification.

Video of "The Rated R Superstar" Edge asking, "Is this stupid show still on the air?"

Back from the break, The Ga Ga Girl grabbed the mic and called Su Yung a hussy. The Ga Ga Girl also stated how everyone knows her because she has been in Vogue magazines and all over the television. Things quickly escaladed into another catfight between Su Yung and The Ga Ga Girl with Referees Jerry Calhoun, Chuck Poe and Downtown Bruno helping Lawler and Kevin White pull apart the scrappy ladies.

Brandon Baxter and Lauren Jenkins were joined by Mr. Coffey, who announced that, next week, Su Yung will go one-on-one with The Ga Ga Girl. Also, Wolfie D & Brian C have more in store for Memphis Wrestling. We'll find out what happens, next week, on Jerry Lawler's Memphis Wrestling.
