The rivalry started when Big Daddy Neno and Curlymoe had an accident during their Last Man Standing match. Later, both Neno and Curlymoe came out to apologize, and Curly was gonna leave, but was interrupted by Chris Styles and Josh Matthews, who would then try to jump them. Neno and Curly would then join forces out of respect for each other to feud with Styles and Matthews. During recent weeks, the self proclaimed SWAT (Styles and Matthews) would interfere in a feud between TFW Champion Tony Dabbs, Brett Michaels, and returning star Neil Taylor. It finally led to a tag match, SWAT vs Dabbs and Neil. Tony would soon join his brothers as he turns on Neil, creating the Brotherhood. This didn’t sit well with the TFW fans, b/c their champion turned his back on them. Well, after being jumped numerous of times, a tag match was made which included SWAT vs Neno and Curlymoe. The match would get out of hand and Dabbs would soon interfere to help out his brothers. Taylor, who also has been getting jumped, would come on out to join the brawl to even the score. Taylor would then challenge the Brotherhood to a match, but not just any match. He said that he remembered a match he saw that he always wanted to be a part of and that it would be perfect for the situation. It was the 2008 Match of the Year, Hood Street Cage Match!! Dabbs said that he would accept and put his title on the line, but only if Neil’s team would put something on the line. Curlymoe would then speak up and say that they fell short last year, but he would bet his career that their team would win this time. So it’s on!!
In the last hood street cage match, there were so many surprises. It was so brutal that all parties involved had to take time to recuperate. The house was so packed that some people had to stand. It was talked about for a long time and people even wanted another one. Here are the rules:
1. Street Rules(anything goes). So that means any weapons(which you could see tables, chairs, ladders, chains, cans, etc.)
2. Even though this is a cage match, the match can happen in or out of the cage. The security guard will be holding the door let ANYONE in or out. And the match can even happen outside!
3. After the first 5 minutes, another person will enter and every 3 minutes another person will enter until all participants are in the match. Then the match must end by pin fall or submission.
4. Even though the match can happen anywhere, the ONLY way that there can be a winner is if a pin will happen and it MUST happen in the ring.
You DO NOT, I repeat you DO NOT wanna miss this. We guarantee that you will get your money’s worth. Highlights from the last cage match will be posted throughout the week.
