Jeff Hardy is back in court this coming week in North Carolina relating to the drugs bust at his home in September, 2009. He is facing charges of felony drug trafficking of opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Prowrestling.net is reporting that Jeff Hardy's trial on drug trafficking charges has been moved to June 3rd.
