Great Championship Wrestling results for "Mega Mayhem" on May 6 at the Gr8 Sk8 Plex in Phenix City, AL: Eric Mayne (w/ Jimmy the Kid) pinned C.J. Awesome (one half of Sin City Mafia) with a chest cracker; Mafia and their enforcer J.W. Outlaw gave Mayne and Kid a post-match beatdown and left them laying; eight time GCW Heavyweight Champion Johnny Swinger did an interview assuring the fans that the rightful champion would leave with the title when Murder One faced champion Scott Steele in the main event; Murder said he was winning and would make sure Swinger never got another shot; Drew Adler pinned Michael Stevens with a spinkick; Ric King beat Joey Kidman via submission with King's Cross; Sal Rinauro pinned Mike Kross using the tights to become the new GCW Intestate Champion; Bull Buchanan beat Bill the Butcher in a dog collar match via a lariat with the chain; and GCW Champion Scott Steele vs. former champion Murder One ended as no contest when Swinger attacked both men and left with the title.
