An interview conducted by Jackson County Sheriff's Department Investigator Ricky Morales on February 8 led to Tommy Wayne Ashcraft, of Cave City, being charged with sexual indecency with a child, a class D felony.
Ashcraft appeared in front of Newport District Judge Barbara A. Griffin and was ordered to appear in Jackson County Circuit Court on March 16. His bond was set at $10,000.

Could have happened to a nicer guy thats what ya get for messing with little girls perv. The sad thing is that this was a long time coming who knows how many other little girls he did this to wake up people dont let your daughters get to close to older men. I am not saying every wrestler is a child molester but you have to watch everyone. All the little girls at aswf( a so called family show) thought he was so hot and screamed for him and thats what he uses to lure his victims. Its not like everyone didnt know this I have been around the northeast arkansas indy scene for seven year and it is common knowledge that tommy liked young girl but it took this long for him to get caught. This ought to serve notice to every worker LEAVE THE LITTLE GIRLS ALONE!!!! And parents PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR KIDS ARE DOING!!! Just because they call it a "family show" doesnt mean everyone there is a good guy or the promoter is looking out for you wrestling is a way to make money for the promoter not serve your familys best intrests.

i know this young mam and his family i cant believe he done this on purpose i say he didnt know the age of the girl i am not defending actual sexual predators i believe that to be one of the most repulsing crimes but as a pro wrestler for 22 years dont try and give us a bad name i do agree with the statement about parents being more involved with there kids they should know what there doing again i say i am not defending sexual predators its just hard for me to believe that this young man done this and i will defend pro wrestling dont let one bad promotion spoil the whole basket
