IWA began with Jason Hall interviewing Precious in the back. Precious had his own pink background that looked cool. Precious said he's back and IWA starts now!
In the IWA Arena, the fans were chanting, "IWA!" as "The Commentating God" Jason Hall and "The Magnificent" Reno Diamond announced what's coming up on the show.
Opening Match-Suicide & Malik "The Great" defeated Full Deck (Ace & Joker) when Suicide rolled up Joker after dodging the bicycle kick.
The team of Syn and The IWA Lightweight Champion DJ Stunner, collectively known as SnS, accompanied by The 2009 Manager of the Year, Jason "The Brain" made their way out to the ring. Jason "The Brain" asked for the mic and said, "Excuse me! I would like everyone of you, hillbilly retards, to shut up and pay some respect to the greatest tag-team that has ever lived! And the greatest manager that you ever will see! Reno Diamond told "The Brain", "Jason, these people don't know talent when they see it!" Jason "The Brain" responded by saying, "They're too busy eating! Look at all these obese people out here!"
2nd Match-Full Scale Assault (Xander Raines & Jason Steele) defeated SnS (Syn & Stunner) when Full Scale Assault hit Syn with their "Tech 9" finisher after Syn and Stunner got into an argument. Following the match, Syn flipped out, throwing a fit and Jason "The Brain" took DJ Stunner's IWA Lightweight title away from him as there's clearly dissension in the SnS camp.
Brother Love talked about being ran over in the parking lot, last week. Brother Love had this to say: I'm trying to go to my truck. Trying to go home to my family. Next thing I know (Clip from last week is shown) here comes a vehicle going to run me over in the parking lot. But you know, once I got up and I looked. Didn't see nobody, but my friends standing over me and they told me that it was Carnage Antwane. Carnage Antwane, let me tell you something! It seems like to me, the only thing that I see is jealousy, all of the sudden because just because The Reverend of Soul has come back to the IWA and I'm rebuilding my congregation. Don't get mad because don't nobody wanna listen to you no more. Now, I'm gonna tell you something. This is the way Brother Love get down! So we ain't gonna worry about nothing! We ain't gonna throw the books away! We gonna put the good book to the side, Carnage Antwane! Because let me tell you something. When you was at home in your little diapers, watching Scooby-Doo, if you had turned the channel three stations over you would have seen The Reverend of Soul getting down, doing his thing! So, I tell you what. I want you to come out here! I want Carnage Antwane! I want him, right here! I want him, right now! IWA style! Let's get it done, Baby!
"The Self-Righteous One" Carnage Antwane walked out. When Brother Love walked towards Carnage Antwane on the entranceway, he was met by The Samoan Raja, who started going at Brother Love. This led to our next match.
3rd Match-Brother Love defeated Raja by disqualification when Carnage Antwane interfered and started attacking Brother Love. Carnage Antwane told Raja to give Brother Love the Raja bomb. CA was speaking in Raja's native tongue, which was funny. He told the fans to don't hate because he possessed that special ability. CA told Raja to give Brother Love the Raja bomb. Suddenly, Chris Lexx came out of the crowd to save Brother Love and knocked Raja out of the ring. CA told Chris Lexx, "You have just made the biggest mistake of your entire life!"

4th Match-Six Man Tag Action-"The IWA Original" Sniper and The IWA Tag-Team Champions, Psycho & Pappy, The Asylum defeated LSD "Labeled Social Deviants" The Trio of Idol Bane, Cody Only and Deadly Dale when The Asylum hit "The Fall from Grace" on Idol Bane.
"Did you know that The Asylum is accompanied by a doll named Katie to the ring?"
Main Event-"The Punisher" Dre Black and "The Undefeated Satan's Pitbull" The IWA World Heavyweight Champion Armageddon were scheduled to take on "The Human Juggernaut" Bishop in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match, but "Every Man's Dream & Every Woman's Nightmare" Precious came out to be Bishop's partner to even the sides, making it a tag match. Bishop and Precious picked up the victory when Precious delivered the backstabber to Dre Black. However, the team of Armageddon and Dre Black would get the last word as they left both Bishop and Precious laying after Armageddon chokeslammed Bishop and powerbombed Precious. Then, Dre Black gave Bishop his "Blackout" finisher as IWA ended.
