The Georgia Supreme Court has dismissed Hustler Magazine's latest attempt to dismiss the lawsuit brought against them by the family of Nancy Benoit on February 22nd. The Toffoloni family is suing Hustler Magazine over them publishing nude photos of the late Nancy Benoit. The published photos, which were over 20 years old and previously thought to have been destroyed, were published by the magazine after Nancy Benoit passed away. The lawsuit that the family filed claims Hustler had no newsworthy merit in publishing the photos, and that they were exploiting the murders of Nancy and Daniel Benoit.
