"The Commentating God" Jason Hall and The One and Only "Magnificent" Reno Diamond welcomed everyone to the show. IWA gave the fans three special bonus matches before the tv taping began. The IWA Arena was packed with a great crowd on hand to witness all the action, live and in person.
1st Dark Match-"The Punisher" Dre Black & Joker vs The NEW IWA Tag-Team Champions, Full Scale Assault (Xander Raines & Jason Steele)-Referee for the day was Adam Bell. It was announced that Full Scale Assault won the titles in the special gauntlet match that took place at IWA's "Finale" last Friday night. Scoop bodyslam by Xander on Dre. Double elbow by Full Scale Assault. Joker got the tag, saying, "Yeah, Baby!" Joker and Jason Steele locked up in a test of strength. It was mentioned that Joker defeated "The Ladies Man" Beyond at Finale on Friday and Precious supposedly lost a tuxedo match against Dre Black when he disrobed himself. Back to the match. Big clothesline by Joker followed by a double-team with Dre hitting a side salto into a leg drop from Joker. Hangman style neckbreaker by Dre. Big dropkick by Joker on Jason Steele. Jason fired back with a German suplex. Double wishbone by Joker and Dre Black. Dre ducked down to deliver a back body drop, but Jason Steele caught him with a ddt. Xander made the tag and was, "Cooking on all cylinders", to quote Jason Hall. Dre walked out his partner, leaving Joker to fall victim to Full Scale Assault's "Tech 9" finisher. Your winners, The IWA Tag-Team Champions, Xander Raines & Jason Steele, Full Scale Assault!
2nd Dark Match-Triple Threat-Geno Sydal vs Suicide vs Brother Love-Geno locked up with Suicide. At "Finale" Brother Love and Chris Lexx defeated The Samoan Raja and "Big CA" Carnage Antwane. Brother Love with a great series of leapfrogs and armdrags. Suicide with a running knee in the corner, with his own momentum flipping him out on the floor. Geno put down with a swinging neckbreaker by Love. Geno worked over Suicide in the corner. Swinging suplex on Geno. Love knocked Suicide off the top-rope, where he crashed down onto the ringsteps. Brother Love hit Geno with a flying missle dropkick from the top to pick up the win. Your winner, Brother Love! Following the match, there was a nice showing of sportsmanship between the three.
3rd Dark Match-6 Man Tag Action-The New South Fight Club (Nick Grymes, David Andrews and "White Chocolate" Izzy Rotten) vs LSD "Labeled Social Deviants" (Idol Bane, Cody Only and Deadly Dale)-Fans started chanting, "Let's go, Twinkie" at Izzy. Deadly Dale and David Andrews started out with Dale paintbrushing Andrews in the corner, after the break. Dale with a headlock on Andrews, but Andrews countered with a leg lock. Idol Bane and Cody Only went to work on David Andrews arm. Andrews administered a ddt. Izzy tagged in, serving up some rapid headbutts. While calling the action, Jason Hall chimed in, saying, "What's good for the goose is good for the gander. At least I didn't say BIG MOVE! Shoutouts to Rorey Cracklin!" Cody Only with a suplex on Andrews. Idol Bane in putting the boots to Andrews and sending him outside to Cody Only and Deadly Dale. Idol Bane jumped on Referee Adam Bell, telling him to count to three. Izzy Rotten and David Andrews with double elbows on Cody Only as his LSD teammates Idol Bane and Deadly Dale yelled, "Get him off the beard!" Jason Hall plugged us here at WNC, saying that was a GOOD CALL! Sleeper hold applied by Izzy, but Cody fought out. Big collision by Izzy Rotten and Cody Only. Tag made with all hell breaking loose. In the end, all three members of LSD hit Nick Grymes with a sick innovative chokeslam/neckbreaker/powerbomb combination to get the win. That move is AWESOME! Your winners, Idol Bane, Cody Only and Deadly Dale, LSD!

Intermission-IWA TV is next!
IWA Television began with Jason Hall interviewing Brother CA "The Chosen Appointed One" Antwane Wise and Samoan Raja in the back. The background looked good having a cross moving with the word worship. Jason Hall asked CA, "Why is it that after the match that you had with Brother Love and Chris Lexx that you and Raja just blatantly attacked them after the match?" CA's response: Well, first of all, that's a ridiculous question, but I'll answer it, anyway. I'm out to prove that Brother Love is a fake. He's a phony. He's a false prophet. And to set the record straight, it's Brother CA "The Chosen Appointed One" Antwane Wise. Why? Because I'm the man with all the wisdom. I'm gonna prove to the IWA that Brother Love is a phony, he's a false prophet and he has no place here.
Jason Hall's next question was, "Do you even know what this man (Raja) did? (Footage from Finale is shown) He bruised the ribs of Chris Lexx after he gave him that Raja bomb. Do you have any remorse about that? CA answered: Didn't I tell you that Chris Lexx needed to repent for the sins that he committed? What is the sin? It is a crime. It is a shame for a man, who has no dealings, no contract at the time with the IWA to jump over the rail and stick his nose in an official wrestling match. (Clip shown) So, I told him, everyone has to reap what they sow and Chris Lexx sowed a bad seed and Raja planted it, watered it and he reaped the harvest from it. Oh, so greatly!
Jason's last question for CA was, "On March 26th, IWA Wrestling will present Payback. Now what are your thoughts about that?" CA's response: Well, Payback, Payback! That is an interesting subject. Interesting title. Interesting name. Payback. Wow! Well, I've already started dealing out some payback. Well, I know you remember. You were there when a little accident took place outside of the IWA studios. (Clip shown of CA running over Brother Love in the parking lot) I got the brakes fixed, by the way. So the vehicle is running fine. No more accidents. So, I guess Brother Love is anxious. He's so excited about Payback because maybe he thinks this is his opportunity to try to get some payback, if you will, for The Chosen Appointed, but that's just not going to happen. He doesn't have enough sense. I'm The Chosen Appointer, he's not. He's a loser. So Payback, I'm looking forward to it. March 26th, hmmm I look forward to big events like that. All I can say to you, Jason and to all you fans watching The Chosen Appointed, right now. And I know you've just turned your volume up and you've adjusted your television because I'm so handsome, because I'm The Chosen Appointed. You better keep watching because there's more to come from The Chosen Appointed, Antwane Wise. You know where I come from? I come from Solomon's Temple. The wisest place. The most expensive temple known to man. Brother Love, you've said a lot, you've done a lot, but it's all gonna come to an end at Payback. Speak your peace, my friend, my brother, before you rest in it. Hmmm. I'll be praying for you.
Things got started with Jason Hall and Reno Diamond welcoming their special guest, Wrestling News Center's "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock. "Hollywood" Jimmy made friends by letting everyone know that they are the ugliest group of people he's ever seen in his entire life. He pointed out one little boy, saying that he looked more like 10 Cent than 50 Cent. "Hollywood" demanded respect, stating he's a Memphis Wrestling Legend. "Hollywood" said it was good to see Reno Diamond, but not so good to see Jason Hall, telling him that he needs breath mints and deodorant. "Hollywood" Jimmy said he's been hearing a lot about IWA because they won a lot of the Wrestling News Center Awards, so he is here to see what the talent is all about. Again, "Hollywood" Jimmy warned the fans that they better treat him with respect or else he'll slap everybody in the place. "Hollywood" Jimmy introduced his friend Al Hall to present the Wrestling News Center Awards.

Al Hall brought out IWA's Charlie Parks (AKA "IWA Original" Sniper) and presented him with the 2009 Wrestling News Center Awards for Best Wrestling Event of the Year (IWA's Halloween Massacre) and Promotion of the Year. Charlie thanked the fans for making 2009 a great year and said 2010 will be even better.

At the announce table, "Hollywood" Jimmy told Jason Hall that he was too fat and needed to lose some weight. "Hollywood" Jimmy added that he hates fat people.

A bandaged up Chris Lexx came out and challenged Raja to a fight. They showed a clip from "Finale". Chris Lexx jumped Raja, immediately, going after the big man with a flying heel kick and clothesline, but Raja stayed on his feet. Finally, a chop sent the big man down. Raja caught a flying Chris Lexx and delivered a belly-to-belly slam. Raja with a headbutt. Two count by Referee Adam Bell. Raja hit Lexx with a big splash. Lexx fought back, but Raja stopped him in his tracks. Raja caught Lexx with a big bearhug. Lexx fought back. "Let's go, Lexx" chants filled the IWA Arena. Raja caught Lexx, again, locking in a bearhug. Raja missed a splash from the second rope when Lexx moved. Chris Lexx was feeding off the capacity crowd as they continued to chant, "Let's go, Lexx! Let's go!" Jason Hall invited everyone to come out and join them for the television tapings, every Saturday at two. "Hollywood" Jimmy asked Jason how much the tickets were for the IWA television tapings there in Southaven, Mississippi, which is located at 1225 State Line Road. Jason Hall said the show was FREE. "Hollywood" Jimmy's response was, "They're a bunch of freeloaders!" Lexx was going for the Lexxecution, but Raja countered with a backbreaker. Raja followed with the Raja bomb to get the three count. Your winner, Samoan Raja! After the contest, Raja hit Chris Lexx with the Samoan spike. "Hollywood" Jimmy said, "Call the garbage man to get a garbage can out here to pick this trash up!"

Jason Hall in the back interviewing SnS (Syn & DJ Stunner) along with their manager Jason "The Brain". Jason Hall said, "Gentlemen, at last night's IWA Finale, there was a breakdown between you two and I wanted to ask you, Jason "The Brain" what happened?" Jason "The Brain" explained, "Look, we had a little disagreement. (Clip from Finale shown) Ok? We had a minor little setback, but we sat down, we talked and everything is smooth. We're a well oiled machine! We're the best tag-team in the world and we're gonna show everybody that! Everything is fine, now." Jason Hall tried to ask Syn how he felt about his partner walking out on him, last night (Clip shown) but, Jason "The Brain" interrupted saying, "Excuse me! First of all! I just got done saying that everything is fine! I speak for my team! You don't have to ask them a question. Ok? I got this. I said everything was ok!" Then Jason Hall tried to ask DJ Stunner why he walked out on his partner, last night, but again, an irate Jason "The Brain" interrupted, telling Jason Hall, "I told you that everything is smooth now! Ok! We're all getting along. You need to mind your business! This interview is over! Let's go!
I'm really digging the interviews in the back. Good stuff.

Al Hall presented the 2009 Wrestling News Center Award for Manager of the Year and Motor Mouth of The Year to Jason "The Brain", who was accompanied by SnS (Syn & Stunner). Jason "The Brain" told everyone to shut up and said he was so embarrassed at the people because he brought his grandmother to the show, saying she was over there enjoying some hot wings. The camera zoomed in on a lady chowing down. She clearly wasn't his grandmother. That was hilarious! Jason continued, by adding, "I told you people that I was the best of the best and this is the first of many awards for The Brain!"

The team of Syn and The IWA Lightweight Champion DJ Stunner, collectively known as SnS, accompanied by The 2009 Manager of the Year and Motor Mouth of the Year, Jason "The Brain" vs Full Deck (Ace & Joker)-On their way out, Ace and Joker were sprayed with some Silly String by some of the fans in attendance. Ace with a headlock on Syn. Fast pace action with Syn delivering a tilt-a-whirl head scissor. Tags made to Joker and IWA Lightweight Champion, DJ Stunner. Textbook dropkick by Ace. Stunner returned the favor by delivering one of his own as Jason "The Brain" shouted, "That's how you do a dropkick, Punk!" Big back body drop sent Stunner flying. Double-team by Full Deck as they hit the "I declare war"/skyhigh. DJ Stunner with a phenomenal, leaping superman clothesline in the corner. Russian legsweep/kick combo by SnS. Joker almost knocked Stunner's head off with a bicycle kick. Double-team by Full Deck executing an atomic drop followed by a Harlem sidekick. Side salto spinning faceplant by "Mr. Swagger" Ace. Nice leg drop by Joker on Syn. Ace with a souped up gutbuster on Syn. Ace followed with a short-arm clothesline that flipped Syn. This looked INSANE! "Hollywood" Jimmy said, "He's gonna need a BC powder ." Joker hit the crossrhodes. Jason Hall said, "Call the fat lady or Hollywood Jimmy!" "Hollywood" Jimmy fired back with, "I'm not fat! You're so fat, people think you're a UPS truck!" Ace hit Syn with a fisherman brainbuster. DJ Stunner ran in to break the count. Syn fought back, catching Joker with an enziguri. Things broke down. Joker sent Syn into the ropes, knocking off DJ Stunner who was preparing an attack from the top-rope. Joker delivered a Diamond Cutter to Syn as Ace hit Stunner with the cradle shock to get the win. Your winners, Ace and Joker, Full Deck! Amazing match! After the match, in a shocking turn of events, Jason "The Brain" out of nowhere hit Syn in the back with the briefcase and Stunner hit Syn with an innovative suplex/sitdown powerbomb. Then, Jason "The Brain", DJ Stunner and Full Deck all ganged up, maliciously attacking Syn. While Jason "The Brain" was assaulting the wounded Syn, Full Scale Assault (Xander Raines & Jason Steele) ran in, saving Syn. Jason "The Brain" told Syn he was a disgrace and will always be a loser. Full Scale Assault extended their hands out to Syn as "Hollywood" Jimmy shouted, "You can't trust fat people!" Syn started to walk away, but turned around and hugged Full Scale Assault.

Al Hall walked out to present Full Scale Assault with the 2009 Wrestling News Center Award for Most Improved Tag-Team of the Year. Xander Raines thanked the fans and said that next year, they're going to be the best tag-team.

While on the subject of tag-teams, Al Hall said they've got another tag-team award to give out, but we've got a writer from Wrestling News Center in the stands. So, let's get D-Rock in the ring because he's been requested to present the next prestigious award. D-Rock delivered some heartfelt comments, saying, "Where do I start? The Tag-Team of the Year. These guys bring a new meaning to the word, extreme. They bring a new meaning to the word, hardcore. And they had all kinds of jaw-dropping moments during 2009 and there will be a lot more of them to come in this year to come. They're wild and crazy. You know them. You love them! You probley have a few nightmares about them! They're from Hales County Mental Institution. They are Your 2009 Tag-Team of the Year! I give you Psycho and Pappy, The Asylum! The music hit and three guys walked out with long hair, coveralls, sticks, dolls and a stuffed horse. One even walked on his knees, making fun of Pappy. This wasn't The Asylum, this was LSD, the trio of Idol Bane, Cody Only & Deadly Dale. Those deviants came out, making a mockery of Psycho and Pappy. Cody Only looked a lot like Pappy.

Idol Bane had the following to say, "What's going on here is that The Labeled Social Deviants totally destroyed your heroes, those crazy, filthy Asylum! They are DONE! (Clip from Finale is played, showing Deadly Dale smashing a stop sign on Psycho's leg that was trapped in a steel chair. Cody Only then bashed his leg with a hockey stick. Afterwards, Idol Bane and Deadly Dale double chokeslammed Pappy off the entranceway, sending Pappy crashing through a table to the floor. OUCH!) Idol Bane continued, "We've been telling you people, we are the best in the Mid-South! Last night, we took out the team that nobody could take out! Nobody has even beat them! We took them out of action! They're on the shelf! They're DONE! Deadly Dale added, "Psycho and Pappy will never be back in this ring! Because, last night, we totally destroyed them! We are your TRUE Tag-Team of the Year, The Labeled Social Deviants and we ain't going nowhere! So get used to it!" Idol Bane said, "And since we're The Tag-Team of the Year (Grabbed D-Rock), Why don't you go ahead, D-Crock, and give the REAL Tag-Team of the Year, our awards! Give them to us!" Man, they got me. I didn't want to do it, but Idol Bane ordered Deadly Dale to, "Get that stick if he doesn't wanna do it and pop him upside the head!" LSD took The Asylum's Awards from me as Idol Bane delivered a message, saying, "Asylum, LSD is the Tag-Team of the Year! And there's nothing you can do about it!"

Al Hall presented Precious with the Wrestling News Center Award for Best Gimmick of the Year.

"Every Man's Dream & Every Woman's Nightmare" Precious vs Brother CA "The Chosen Appointed" Antwane Wise-During a sunset flip, Precious grabbed CA's jewels, forcing CA to run for cover. CA took it to Precious with punches and chokes. CA administered a series of scoop bodyslams, following it up with a big leg drop to get a two count. CA missed a flying elbow drop from the top when Precious moved out of harm's way. Precious fought back with punches, back elbow and his heart-pounding leg drop. Precious from the middle rope with a beautiful leg drop. Precious hit CA with his signature "Satin Sheets"/backstabber finisher, but on the way down, CA pulled down Referee Adam Bell. As Precious was checking on the ref, "The Punisher" Dre Black ran in, delivering the "Blackout" that enabled CA to get the win. Your winner, Brother CA "The Chosen Appointed" Antwane Wise! On his way out, CA was met by Brother Love on the entranceway. Brother Love landed some shots to CA, causing CA to run for cover.
Al Hall presented the Wrestling News Center Award for Most Improved Wrestler of the Year to Suicide and The Favorite Up & Coming Wrestler of the Year to Malik "The Great". Check out Malik, looking all GQ. Stylin' and profilin'! Fans chanted, "Go, Malik, go!"

Main Event-Suicide vs IWA Heavyweight Champion, "The Undefeated Satan's Pitbull" Armageddon-While Armageddon was making his way to the ring, "Hollywood" Jimmy said, "If Suicide was going to improve, he should leave!" In the opening moments, Suicide's speed managed to take Armageddon down. Armageddon, however, would catch Suicide flying off the top and launch him with a fallaway slam. Armageddon would follow with a gorilla press slam. Armageddon clubbed away at Suicide. Armageddon drilled Suicide with a clothesline and choked Suicide in the corner. Suicide ducked a clothesline and hit him with the Pele kick. Suicide went up top and flew off, but Armageddon caught Suicide, again, this time driving Suicide into the mat with a powerbomb to get the three count. Your winner, The IWA Heavyweight Champion, Armageddon! Afterwards, Armageddon planted Suicide with his modified chokeslam. Bishop's music hit with "The Human Juggernaut" running down, ducking a big boot and nailing Armageddon with the spear.
