On Saturday night,December the 19th,
Dirty South Pro Wrestling
(DSPW)
reached a milestone as they celebrated their 3 year anniversary
with their show taking place
from the Conecuh County Junior High School Gymnasium
in Castleberry,AL.
At the beginning of the DSPW 3 year anniversary show,
a 10 bell tribute was conducted in the memory of the late,great wrestler
Edward "Eki" Fatu,
a.k.a. former WWE superstar
Umaga
who passed away at the age of 36 near his home in Houston,TX
on Friday,December the 4th.
DSPW Commissioner Uncle Wayne as well as DSPW welcomed back a member of their family/alumni as independent wrestling referee & wrestler
Archie Brooks
made his return after a hiatus from the squared circle.
During an in-ring interview,
when asked if Archie Brooks' return to DSPW was valid and legitimate,
his impending answer was both abruptly & rudely interrupted by
Nero Jardin & Craig Craven,
a.k.a.
the tag team known as
"The Enemies Of The State".
As "The Enemies Of The State" entered the ring & had Archie Brooks cornered inside the ring,
J.T. Angel ran down the aisle into the ring & then he cleared the ring of
"The Enemies Of The State" in a rapid hurry.
More about that situation later.
Now onto the results of the matches......
MATCH #1:
ZACK
"Hollywood"
JOHNSON
defeated
JUSTIN CRAVERS
via 1-2-3 pinfall with an Impaler DDT.
MATCH #2:
In a one-on-one Grudge Match,
ROXAS PAYNE
defeated
STONE
via 1-2-3 pinfall.
During the closing moments of the match,Stone was in a very heated argument with DSPW referee Markcus "Tiny" Garrett questioning the cadence of the referee's 3 count of a subsequent 1-2-3 pin that Stone claimed that he made.
Stone then pushed referee Garrett,
which in turn Garrett in retaliation pushed back Stone
whereas Roxas Payne caught Stone from behind in a schoolboy roll-up to score the 1-2-3 pinfall.
After the match,
Mike Metal and "Mr. Violence" Jon Ryker made their way down the aisle
en route to the ring
and both men demolished and KOd both Roxas Payne and Stone
throwing both men out of the ring.
As Mike Metal began to speak on the microphone,
all of a sudden
out comes the DSPW Heavyweight Champion
D.J. Durst.
Seeing that D.J. Durst had been outnumbered given the circumstances being in a 2-on-1 disadvantage with both men that were inside the ring,
he brought some immediate back-up along when his ally,
the 7 foot tall,over 400 lb. wrestler Lord Humongous
made his ominous appearance to the scene.
Both Durst and Hugo charged to the ring
as Metal and Ryker beaded a hasty retreat outside the ring,
then back to the locker room.
MATCH #3:
In a match for the DSPW Fusion Championship,
the DSPW Fusion Champion
STREET BANDIT
successfully retained his title
by defeating the challenger
"The OutCast"
CALE CONNERS
via disqualification
due to Conners spraying a debilitating,blinding green mist
from out of his mouth into the eyes of Street Bandit.
MATCH #4:
With Markcus "Tiny" Garrett being appointed as the special guest referee by
DSPW Commissioner Uncle Wayne,
in an impromptu tag team match
"The Enemies Of The State"
NERO JARDIN and CRAIG CRAVEN
defeated the team of
J.T. ANGEL
with his manager
"Busti"
BECKI KENNEDY
at ringside
and
ARCHIE BROOKS-
whom was subsequently chosen in facetious jest to be the tag team partner of J.T. Angel by
"The Enemies Of The State"-
via 1-2-3 pinfall
as "The Enemies Of The State"
finished off J.T. Angel with their double team
powerbomb (Craven)/reverse DDT (Jardin) combination finishing move.
MATCH #5:
In the semi main event
No Disqualification
Dog Collar Chain Match,
"Mr. Violence"
JON RYKER
defeated
LORD HUMONGOUS.
Both Lord Humongous & Jon Ryker were each in the process of touching all 4 turnbuckle pads in each corner in succession to win the match
with one person touching one turnbuckle corner pad after the other.
As Lord Humongous was on the brink of victory,
Mike Metal came down to the ring and threw powder into the eyes of Lord Humongous,
which thus blinded Hugo and gave Ryker the brazen opportunity to touch the 4th & final turnbuckle pad in succession to win the match.
MATCH #6:
In the main event match
for the DSPW Heavyweight Championship,
the match between
the DSPW Heavyweight Champion
D.J. DURST
with his manager
"Busti"
BECKI KENNEDY
at ringside
and the challenger
MIKE METAL
ended in a double countout
as both men were unable to get back into the ring by the referee's mandatory 10 count
while they were both fighting each other outside the ring & mostly throughout the Conecuh County Junior High School Gymnasium.
After the match,
both "Mr. Violence" Jon Ryker & Mike Metal wreaked havoc and obliterated
everything & everybody that stood in their paths of destruction
including the likes of
D.J. Durst,
J.T. Angel,
"Busti"
Becki Kennedy,
DSPW Commissioner
Uncle Wayne
as well as several other DSPW wrestlers & members of DSPW security as they laid out the afforementioned victims both inside & outside the ring
as the December 19th,2009
DSPW 3 year anniversary show
from Castleberry,AL
drew to a close.
