Saint beat Pretty James Duncan in 7:00. S runs out and attacks JD while he is dancing, which was not pretty. S still has the left side of his face bandaged from JD's fireball two weeks ago but JD rips the bandage off when raking the eyes. I got to wondering whatever happened to Quincy the Homo Hillbilly. JD tries to set up a figure 4 but S kicks him away into the corner then schoolboys him for the pin.
JD claims tight-pulling and pulls them down to demonstrate. Gordon says that wasn't just a moon-it was all the planets too
USWO Jr. Champion Lee Cross beat Shane Smalls in 7:00. Both are 2-time junior champs as I got to wondering whatever happened to former TV Champion Chris Havoc. SS goes for a flying ass but LC hangs on by grabbing the ropes and manages to get the pin.
SS says his heart has grown as he no longer cheats, stating that he is "new and improved"! SS challenges LC to a rematch. LC hesitates until Gordon threatens to strip him of the title.
Matt Korbaine & Kevin Dunn b Damien Payne & Josh Crowe to win the USWO Tag Team Championship in 10:00. After the hot tag, MK TKOs DP while KD escapes JC's tenpunch by slamming him from the top. MK and KD simultaneously pin their opponents to win the titles for a third time, five years and a day after winning them for the second time (beating Tim Renesto & Void-whatever happened to Void anyway?)
Shawn Tempers beat Psycho Medic in 6:00. PM had new white scrubs but ST caught him off the ropes and gave him a neckbreaker for the pin.
Lincoln Moseley beat Shooting Star in 3:00 with a neckbreaker. LM was making his Stadium Inn debut and quickly dealt with the masked SS.
Ace Rockwell beat Bryan Casey in 8:00 to win the vacant ATL Championship. It was announced prior to the match that Chrisjen Hayme was no longer the ATL Champion. No word on if it was because he missed seven mandatory title defenses in ATL territories or something. I recalled former ATL Champion Rastakhan and wondered whatever became of him. BC gets AR up in a torture rack position but AR slides off and rolls him up for the pin.
BC gets all up in AR's grill but then offers a handshake, which AR accepts. BC then initiates a "sore loser attack" ending with him suplexing AR on the floor.
Jeff Daniels & Larry D b Tommy Mercer & Playboy Scott Hayes in 14:00. LD making his debut here. We have both refs out here for this match with one outside and one inside the ring. TM is sporting his officially licensed "No Mercy" Tommy Mercer t-shirt (available for $10)! Even two refs can't prevent TM form getting isolated and worked over for a while, but TM makes to hot tag to PSH and it all breaks loose. JD/TM brawl out to the lobby followed by ref JF while ref Boogie gets splashed by LD. PSH hits a tornado DDT on LD and covers him but Boogie is still down. I was beginning to wonder whatever happened to Dominique when all of a sudden she pops through the curtain, climbs up top, and comes off to hit PSH with her (loaded?) boot. She pulls LD on top of PSH as Boogie awakens to count the pin.
TM is really tired of begging for rematches all the time due to getting screwed out of wins! He offers up a couple of stips to Gordon: 1) if he and PSH lose, they won't ask for anymore rematches and 2) if they win, he gets 5 minutes with Dominique! Gordon points out that D has a recurring pattern of this sort of behavior, so he approves the stips although he will be in Texas next week. JD warns TM of being careful of what he asks for.
USWO Champion Jerry Lynn b Chris Michaels by DQ in 11:00. CM doesn't appreciate all the disrespect he's been getting! JL shows off the "Rolling Eyepoke of Doom" by tumbling toward CM, kipping up, and poking CM in the eyes! CM slings JL into ref JF, who goes down hard. CM then steps out to grab a chair (and I helped, lol) and head back to the ring, where he throws it to JL and takes a dive just like last week. JF is still down as JL bangs the chair on the mat and tosses it on top of CM, who is still laying down on the mat. CM gets up holding the chair and JL takes a dive just as ref JF gets up and sees CM with the chair and calls for the DQ.
CM angry! CM thinks we are all liars and demands his title! Gordon points out CM got a taste of his own medicine and tells CM he will have to work his way back up to another title shot. CM slugs Gordon and now Tony mad! Tony suspends CM, bringing up that CM had popped Gordon a couple of months ago. Tony hands the mic to Chicken Hat, who tells CM "don't go away mad, just go away!"
