Report from IWA Championship Wrestling TV Taping-September 5, 2009



















Before things got started, announcers Eddie Spain and "The Commentating God" Jason Hall were joking around. Eddie called Jason Hall, Don West. Jason told Eddie that if he called him Don West, again, he would throw him in the ring and give him a big clothesline from hell.

When the taping began, Jason Hall was holding the United States belt, alongside Eddie Spain. Eddie went over the lineup and then it was time as he announced, "IWA starts now!"

The #1 Contenders for the IWA Tag-Team titles, Full Scale Assault (Xander Raines & Jason Steele) made their way out to the announce table. Xander said they are not scared and, once again, last week, since SnS (Syn & Stunner) were injured, they didn't get a title shot, but at "Fall Out" they will get their chance in two weeks on Friday, September 25th.

"The Manager of Champions" Victor Reed walks out with Cymba and "The Samoan Savage" Samoan Raja. Reed announced that Samoan Raja was his new client and our first match was ready to begin.

Opening Contest-Full Scale Assault (Xander Raines & Jason Steele) vs Cymba & Samoan Raja with "The Manager of Champions" Victor Reed in their corner-The ref checked Raja and Xander. These two behemoths started the match by locking up with a collar and elbow tieup. Xander asked Raja, "Is that all you got?" Xander sent Raja into the ropes, but Raja would counter with a kick. BIG suplex by Xander on Raja. Xander made the tag to "The Man of Steel" Jason Steele. Steele in getting some of Raja, working over his arm. Xander back in with a Russian leg sweep. Cover, but Raja got the shoulder up. Xander threw Raja's head into the turnbuckle a few times. Raja kept smashing his head into the turnbuckle. Xander turned around to showboat. Raja would hit Xander with a chop. Xander on the outside. Cymba attacked Xander on the floor as Raja went at Steele. Raja tagged in "The Hardcore Icon" Cymba. Cymba with a dropkick and a swinging neckbreaker. Raja back in. Steele would fight back, tripping Raja and applying a crossface. Xander back in as Full Scale Assault delivered the hi-lo combo. Xander attempted a German suplex on Raja. At first, Raja was blocking, but after Xander laid in some punches, Xander was able to execute the German suplex on the big man. Raja with some chops. Down goes Xander. Raja with the running Umaga hip attack in the corner, followed by a big slam. Cymba tagged in and dived off the top with a big elbow. Raja with a headbutt from the second rope. Near fall. Raja choked Xander. Raja keyed in on the neck. Xander tried to break the hold by pulling the hair. Xander fought out with a ddt and made the tag to Jason Steele, who came in with a clothesline. Steele back with the crossface. Raja made the tag to Cymba, but the referee didn't see it. Things got out of control. As Raja headbutted Xander in the corner, but missed a splash. Meanwhile, Cymba sent Jason Steele into a post on the outside. Xander put away Raja with a variation of a rock bottom sitdown powerbomb. Your winners, Full Scale Assault! Following the match, a disappointed Victor Reed said I'm the manager of champions and that ain't going to get it. So Cymba attacked Raja. When Raja came to, he pushed the ref and stormed to the back.

2nd Match-Malik "The Great" out checking out the United States Championship belt. Malik's opponent was Officer Hudson from 202 Poplar. The crowd welcomed Hudson with a "Rent-a-cop" chant. Hudson said he's had a long week. Crowd started a "You suck" chant. Hudson got in the ring and practically manhandled the ref, checking him. Once the match got started, Hudson poked Malik in the eye, but Malik would slip under Hudson and land some dropkicks, sending Hudson to the outside. While Hudson was on the outside of the ring, Malik dove out on top of him. Hudson cutoff Malik on his way back in the ring by putting the boots to him. Hudson with an armbar on Malik. Malik would try to use the ropes to flip out of it, but got caught with a clothesline, sending him to the floor. Back inside, Hudson executed a forward suplex plant. Hudson choked Malik in the ropes and taunted the fans, saying, "Malik!" This sparked the crowd to start chanting, "Go Malik go!" Hudson attempted "The Citation", but Malik landed the rotation kick. However, that would not be enough as Officer Hudson did connect with "The Citation" following it with his "Death Sentence" submission maneuver. Malik was forced to tap out. Your winner, Officer Hudson! After the bell, Hudson continued his attack on Malik by using a chair. Hudson would later say pay him. As Malik was leaving, Jason Hall said that he heard Malik say that Hudson was payed off.

Intermission. It was announced that coming up later the Main Event would be SnS (Syn & Stunner) vs The Asylum (Psycho & Pappy)

After intermission, A.N.T.(Amazing Natural Talent) walked out, wearing a Bad Boys t-shirt with Sammy Hall's catchphrase, "What's wrong with it?" on the back. A.N.T. grabbed the mic and got right in front of the camera. He said, "I do what I wanna do when I wanna do it and there's nothing anybody can do about it!" A.N.T. told them to bring his opponent on out so he could beat him and go home to get away from these rednecks. His opponent, Suicide, made his way to the ring. This was another first round match in the United States Championship Tournament. The fans got behind Suicide. A.N.T. and Suicide locked up. Suicide with an armlock, flipping A.N.T. to the mat. Suicide followed this with a dropkick. Then, Suicide dove off the top-rope with a flying body press. A.N.T. would fight back with a nice vertical suplex. A.N.T. caught Suicide with a leaping leg lariat. He followed this with another suplex. A.N.T. attempted his "Amazing" standing moonsault, but Suicide moved out of the way. Suicide ran towards A.N.T. to level him with a punt to the skull, but A.N.T. dodged out of the way, rolling up Suicide and pulling the tights to get the three count. Your winner and advancing in the U.S. tournament, A.N.T.(Amazing Natural Talent)! This one had a rocky finish as the ref muffed the three count. Bad Call, Referee!

"The Punisher" Dre' Black made his way out, followed by his opponent, "Every Man's Dream and Every Woman's Nightmare" Precious. Of course, Precious had to say hello, by saying, "Hey, Big Feet! Oooh wee!" Precious told Eddie, "I don't like you" and asked, "Who's funky shirt is this?" (Referring to Dre' Black's shirt) Precious continued, by saying, "Malik hasn't been so great to me. Malik has been on his back. Just the way I like it. Officer Hudson did the best job possible. Malik is no longer in my way." Following the interview, Precious walked around ringside. He asked me, "What size shoe do you wear?" When I answered fifteen, he asked, "Do you wanna take me for a ride with those fifteens?" DAMN! Precious dancing around the ring. Dre' pushed Precious. Precious told Dre', "You don't push me no more! Don't make me mad!" Dre' took it to Precious, kicking him in the corner. Precious rolled out. Dre' out, attacking Precious by ramming him into the guardrail. Back in the ring, Dre' on the attack, slams Precious as he screamed. Precious grabbed Dre's tights, sending him crashing into the turnbuckle. Precious pulled off his dress. He's mad now. Precious with a rolling neck snap. Precious applied an armbar and was trying to pick stuff out of Dre's hair. Nonchalant cover by Precious for a two count. Precious sprang off the rope with a leg drop. Precious choked Dre'. Precious flew in with a springboard flip from the apron. Another nonchalant pin, but this time Dre' managed to counter rolling up Precious for a near fall. Precious kicked Dre' low in the corner with the shattered dreams. Announcers Jason and Eddie went crazy, again, jumping up. Precious worked over Dre's leg. Precious punched Dre' in the corner, but didn't phase him. Precious poked him in the eye. Dre' would fight back with a belly-to-belly. Precious caught Dre' with a ddt. Precious off the top with a big leg drop, followed by the backstabber. Precious mounted Dre' for the pin. Your winner, Precious! After the match, Precious made love to the U.S. belt and placed his picture and glasses over the title.

"The Asylum" (Psycho & Pappy) came out, followed by their opponents, the reigning IWA Tag-Team Champions SnS (Syn & Stunner). The Asylum jumped SnS from the get-go. Pappy sent Stunner flying over the top-rope. Psycho with a clothesline, followed by a headbutt from Pappy. The Asylum punished SnS. Syn would fight back, ducking a Psycho clothesline and connecting with a flying kick. Syn made the tag to Stunner, who came in, delivering a nice dropkick. Pinfall attempt, but Pappy would run in to break the count with a kick of his own. Stunner would try to kick Psycho, but Psycho would block the strike and start delivering some uppercuts. Pappy delivered a wicked clothesline on Stunner almost decapitating him as Stunner turned a complete backwards flip from the impact. Pappy with a running hip attack on Stunner in the corner, followed by a running knee, courtesy of Psycho. Psycho with a suplex. Pappy caught Stunner with a sidewalk slam as Stunner ran the ropes. When Pappy missed a splash in the corner, Stunner rocked him with a leaping enziguiri and made the tag to Syn. Syn in and on the attack. As Syn and Pappy went at it, Stunner hit Psycho with a flying dropkick off the ropes in the corner. When Syn attempted the sliced bread #2 on Pappy, Pappy sent him crashing to the floor on the outside. Then, Psycho and Pappy turned their attention to Stunner as they delivered their "Fall from Grace" finisher to get the three count. Your winners, "The Asylum" Psycho and Pappy! Following the bell, things really got crazy as The Asylum proceeded to decimate the tag champions SnS! Psycho hit Stunner with the kendo stick. Pappy wrapped a noose around Stunner's neck and threw him over the top-rope, hanging him. Psycho cut open Syn with a fork named Delilah. Afterwards, Psycho licked the blood from the fork. Psycho and Pappy picked up the IWA Tag-Team titles. You could hear Psycho's sinister giggle as they went to the back.

Jason Hall thanked everyone for coming out. Jason Hall and Eddie Spain recorded some commercials advertising the free tapings on Saturday and the big show “Fall Out” that is coming up on Friday, September 25, 2009.

Tatt2 was in tha house. After the show, Suicide, Malik, Syn and Stunner all came out to sign autographs for the fans at ringside. Even Precious came out and set up a table, signing pictures.
