The show began with "The Commentating God" Jason Hall alongside Eddie Spain, who said, "IWA starts now!"
Eddie Spain announced that Malik "The Great" is unable to physically compete as a result of being attacked by Officer Hudson, last week. Since Malik cannot compete, Precious will move on and compete against A.N.T. in the finals of the United States Championship tournament.
"Every Man's Dream and Every Woman's Nightmare" Precious and Officer Hudson out. Hudson held a mirror for Precious. Precious said that he and Malik were suppose to have a match today, but his official bodyguard, Officer Hudson, took Malik out, last week, so there won't be a match. Precious said Officer Hudson could put him in some handcuffs anyday. Precious dropped out of the U.S. tournament. Hudson asked Precious, why did he make him do the job on Malik. Precious said, "You got paid for it, so don't worry about it."
"IWA Original" Sniper and "The Punisher" Dre' Black came out. Sniper said, "You come out here, week after week, and try to pull the wool over everybody's eyes. Well, you guys aren't getting away with it today!" This set up an impromptu tag match.
Precious & Officer Hudson vs Sniper & Dre' Black-Sniper and Dre' worked on Hudson's leg the entire match. Precious would try to help, though, by coming in and placing his pink boa on Dre'. Sniper slapped Precious off the apron, while he was wearing Officer Hudson's super trooper hat. Sniper would finally catapult Precious into the ring. Precious and Hudson would retreat, but would be stopped by Reno Diamond, who announced that he's the new Commissioner of IWA and ordered Precious to wrestle Sniper in a First Blood match at "Fall Out" or he would be fired.
A.N.T.(Amazing Natural Talent) came out and grabbed the United States title and made a victory lap around the ring. "Big CA" Carnage Antwane walked out, spoiling the celebration, by saying that Commissioner Reno Diamond gave him an opportunity to wrestle for the title right now, so A.N.T. is gonna have to fight to win that belt.
United States Championship Match-A.N.T.(Amazing Natural Talent) vs "Big CA" Carnage Antwane-CA started working on A.N.T.'s arm. A.N.T. tried to flip out of it, but was dropped right on his head with a suplex. OUCH! Later, A.N.T. rolled out of the ring and grabbed the belt. CA shot A.N.T. back in from the apron. CA on the attack, taking it to A.N.T. A.N.T. would fight back with a bodyslam, following it up with his "Amazing" moonsault, but only got a two count. CA with a scoop slam, followed by a fist drop that got a near fall. A.N.T. nailed CA with a low blow while he was getting punched in the corner. A.N.T. made the pin while putting his feet on the ropes to get the win. Another shaky three count moment. Commissioner Reno Diamond said A.N.T. got the three count, but he's not the champion because he's holding up the belt because at "Fall Out" it will be the best 2 out of 3 falls with A.N.T. facing "Big CA" Carnage Antwane.
"The Manager of Champions" Victor Reed walks out with Cymba. Victor Reed said he's gonna show everyone why Samoan Raja could not make it in his stable.
They show clips of the Dog Collar Match, in which, Samoan Raja defeated Cymba. After the match, Victor Reed said he wanted Armageddon versus Raja. Reno Diamond came out and made the match a Buried Alive match at "Fall Out". Reno said, "Hey, I'm not running for Mayor, but I'm for the people. So what the people say goes!"
Triple Threat Match-Suicide vs Crime vs Tatt2-Before the match started, Commissioner Reno Diamond brought out the new Light Heavyweight Championship belt and said they would have a title match at "Fall Out". Crime and Tatt2 started the match, going back and forth with headlocks and armbars. Tatt2 executed a beautiful dropkick. Tatt2 tagged in Suicide. Tatt2 and Suicide would later tie up with Tatt2 striking Suicide with some karate kicks. Crime made the tag. Tatt2 with a leapfrog with Crime nailing Suicide with a dropkick. Tatt2 quickly dropkicked Crime in the back, sending him to the outside. Tatt2 flipped Suicide over the top-rope onto Crime on the floor. Tatt2 would dive over the top-rope onto both Suicide and Crime. The crowd loved that. Tatt2 would spring off the rope with a missle dropkick on Suicide. Tatt2 sprung off the ropes, again, connecting with "The Flying Chuck" on Crime. Crime caught Tatt2 with a spinebuster and attempted the pin, but Suicide made the save. Suicide with a running clothesline in the corner, followed by a t-bone suplex. Suicide with the cover, but Tatt2 broke up the count. Suicide attempted a top-rope hurricanrana, but Tatt2 held on to the ropes, sending Suicide crashing to the mat. Tatt2 with a spinning headscissor on Crime out of the corner. Tatt2 hit Crime with the rolling thunder and then a lionsault. Suicide, again, broke the count. Tatt2 set up both Suicide and Crime for the 901(Rey Mysterio's 619). Tatt2 hit the 901 on Suicide, but when he tried it on Crime, Crime managed to duck out of the way and send Tatt2 into the steel ring post. Suicide won the match after executing a sunset flip on Crime to get the three count. Following the match, Suicide helped Crime up and shook his hand, but Crime, suddenly, hit Suicide with "The Crime Way" cutter. Crime told Suicide, he's not in his league and said he's everyone's worst nightmare. Crime also said the Light Heavyweight championship will be his and he will destroy everyone that gets in his way.
Main Event-Began with Full Scale Assault (Xander Raines & Jason Steele) battling with "The Asylum" (Psycho & Pappy), who rolled out a cart full of goodies. It wasn't too long before the IWA Tag-Team Champions, SnS (Syn & Stunner) joined the mix. This match was an Anything Goes Match and it was absolute chaos. Pappy attacked Syn with a chain. Stunner in to save his partner. Syn leaped over the ropes with a flying attack on Pappy on the floor. Meanwhile, Psycho picked up the singapore cane, wielding it like the crazed ninja that he is, blasting Xander and Jason with it. Jason Steele would soon grab the cane and start blasting Psycho, Pappy, Syn and Stunner with it. Xander with a fisherman suplex back in the ring. Psycho with a vicious shovel shot on Stunner. Psycho would also choke Stunner with the big shovel. Pappy grabbed a broomstick and attack big Xander. Stunner would fight back landing some lethal kicks on Psycho. Syn with a lionsault inside the ring on Jason Steele, but got a two count. Jason Steele with a double underhook suplex. Xander dropped Stunner's throat across the steel guardrail. Pappy choked Syn out on the floor with a chain. Psycho delivered a leaping elbow attack on Steele, following it up with a headbutt inside the ring. Stunner saved Syn and jumped in the ring, attacking Steele and Psycho. Stunner with a shooting star press on Psycho, but Pappy broke up the count. Psycho with a single-arm ddt on Stunner followed by a suplex, but Jason Steele broke up the pinfall attempt and blasted away at Psycho with the cane before Pappy ran in with the chain. Xander handcuffed SnS together at the guardrail. One minute Xander was talking smack to the tag champions, the next he was getting stomped on by Syn and Stunner. That was funny. The Asylum put away Jason Steele with "The Fall from Grace" to get the victory.
